How do I order products on your website?
Simply use the menus to shop by either category, or brand.

Click on the category/brand links to display thumbnail images of all our available products.

Click on the product that takes your fancy, which will show a larger image of the product, along with size/colour choices (if applicable).

Choose your style/colours and quantity and click the 'Add to cart’ button.

 

How secure is this website?
We believe that security is of the utmost importance to our customers, which is why we have what we believe are the most secure systems on the market.

Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all of our prices are shown inclusive of VAT.

 

Do refunds include returned postage costs?
No, we are sorry but any refunds made will not include postage costs.

 

Do you deliver to an alternative address?
Yes, on point of checkout you will have the option to enter an alternative address for delivery, however Paypal will only offer protection to you if the goods are sent to the address that you register with them.

 

Do I have to join the site?

We believe in giving you the option. If you wish to give us your details so it is easier for you to shop regularly, go ahead. If you prefer to shop as a guest, that’s also fine by us

 

What is your refund policy?

If you have made a mistake or change your mind, we are happy to refund your purchase. We do not, however refund the cost of postage and packaging

 

Do I need a Paypal account to shop with you?

No, we use Paypal to process credit card transactions as they are one of the top payment processing businesses in the world. You do not, however need to have a Paypal account to trade (although if you shop online a lot, it will be easier for you if you do)
