Terms and Conditions Williams and Evans Menswear

Please read our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Should you not agree with anything, please phone, fax or email Williams and Evans Menswear and we will try to resolve your problem, otherwise it will be taken that you accept them in full.

Guarantee of Quality

Williams and Evans Menswear guarantees that all products sold by us are of the highest quality and meet all required current EU legislation standards for the purpose they were intended.

Order Confirmations

Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system, (Roman Cart) you will receive a confirmation of your order as an e-mail. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes in your order, please email us immediately. This e-mail is a copy of your order as sent and is neither an invoice nor a formal acceptance of your order. A Despatch Note will be included with your order.

Complaints

Complaints will be dealt with promptly and in accordance with UK law. To register a complaint send an email to enquiries@williamsandevans.co.uk 

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Any emails sent to customers of this shop will contain a link to remove yourself from any list we hold as we may send out special offers and information we feel will be of benefit to you. We will not pass your email address to other trusted traders unless by agreement. This will include situations where delivery is arranged through a third party. The type of information we will collect about you includes: · your name· address . phone number · email address.

We will never collect sensitive information without explicit consent and information we retain can be checked by emailing us. If there are any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law, and credit card information is deleted within 28 days of an order being completed. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser if you use "Remember me" option on the checkout page. Should you so wish, you can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening.

Prices and Payment

The prices charged for goods shall be those ruling on the date of order. Whilst every effort is made to keep the prices and products on the Website up to date, some late changes could arise. If a price changes or a product becomes unavailable you will be notified and given an option of something else or a full refund if required. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.

Despatch and Delivery

The majority of orders will be despatched within 7 working days. If you need any items for a specific date please note this on the comments section at checkout.

We are normally able to offer next day or 48 hour delivery within the UK, please E-Mail or call 01656 652072 for the cost of this option as it can vary depending on the items ordered and delivery address.

If there is a known delay with your order we will contact you, but please contact us by E-Mail or call 01656 652072 if your order has not been received within 21 days of placing your order.

Packaging and postage costs are shown separately and we reserve the right to use any carrier available to us.Delivery within UK is £3.95. Europe £19.95

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the payment of any local taxes and duties that may be in force at the time of purchase.

Returns

Orders have a 28 day money-back guarantee, subject to their return in original packaging and in an undamaged condition.A full credit will be given (not including postage and packing costs involved in the order).

Items that are faulty or damaged upon delivery should be returned within 7 days for a full credit including any postage and packing costs you have incurred.

Before any goods are returned please contact us, preferably by Email, or by fax or phone for a Returns Number quoting your invoice number and we will reply by return

Force Majeure

The seller is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfil any order due to events beyond the seller's control. While every effort will be made to meet shoppers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of Williams and Evans Menswear.
